Discover or rediscover the joy of singing.
Maybe singing was once an important part of your life, but somewhere along the way, other priorities took over. Perhaps you still sing, but you're looking for an opportunity to develop your voice, explore music you enjoy, or simply make singing a more regular part of your life.
Whatever your experience, singing doesn't have to be about preparing for a performance or working toward the next musical achievement.
Voice for Wellbeing offers a welcoming place to continue developing your voice, explore music that interests you, and enjoy singing for the pleasure and personal rewards it brings.
As a professional singer and longtime university voice educator, I've spent much of my life helping people develop their voices.
Through that work, I've come to appreciate that the rewards of singing extend well beyond performance. Singing can bring us pleasure, challenge us in new ways, and offer opportunities for expression, connection, and personal discovery.
Our work together is rooted in healthy vocal technique, with an emphasis on developing your voice in ways that are enjoyable and personally rewarding. Just as importantly, I want you to feel comfortable experimenting, asking questions, and discovering what works for you.
Sessions are designed around your interests, experience, and goals. We can work together regularly or find a schedule that fits your needs.
Whether you're returning to singing after time away or looking for a new way to enjoy and develop your voice, we'll start where you are and build from there.
